Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the delivery date
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You have two convenient options to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Through Your UNIDAZE Account:
    1. Log into your UNIDAZE account
    2. Navigate to your order history
    3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    4. Choose your preferred option (return or exchange)
    5. Follow the prompts to complete your request
  2. Via Email:
    1. Send an email to hello@unidaze.com
    2. Include your order number and delivery date
    3. Specify which items you want to return or exchange
    4. Our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions

Pick-up and Shipping

  • Once your return/exchange request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange pickup within 24-48 hours
  • One pickup attempt will be made at no cost to you
  • If pickup is unsuccessful, you may ship the item to our warehouse (address will be provided)
  • Pickup service availability varies by location
  • International customers may be required to ship items back at their expense

Quality Check Process

  • All returned items undergo a thorough quality inspection
  • Items must meet the following conditions:
    1. Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
    2. Original tags and packaging intact
    3. Free from perfume, odors, stains, or damage
    4. All accessories included
    5. If purchased as a set, must be returned as a complete set

Exchange Process

  • Processing time: 7-10 business days
  • If requested size/item is unavailable, you may:
    1. Choose an alternative product
    2. Receive UNIDAZE Store Credit or gift card
  • Store Credit/gift card will be equal to the original purchase amount

Refund Policy

  • All refunds are issued as either:
    1. UNIDAZE Store Credit
    2. UNIDAZE Gift Card
  • Both Store Credit and Gift Cards are:
    1. Valid for 6 months from date of issue
    2. Non-refundable
    3. Redeemable only at UNIDAZE.com
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Original payment processing fees are non-refundable

Valid Reasons for Returns/Exchanges

  • Sizing issues
  • Damaged product or packaging
  • Defective items
  • Missing parts or accessories

Restrictions

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if:

  • Items show signs of wear or use
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • Items have been altered or washed
  • Return window has expired
  • Items are in unsaleable condition

Order Cancellations

  • All orders are final once placed
  • We do not offer order cancellations
  • If you receive an item you didn't order, please contact customer service immediately

International Orders

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer
  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable

Store Credit & Gift Card Terms

  • Valid for 6 months from date of issue
  • Can be used for multiple purchases
  • Non-transferable
  • Cannot be converted to cash
  • Must be used in full at UNIDAZE.com
